Yoga Studio Information & FAQ //
As we make our way back to the studio slowly, please read and take note of a few changes.
For At the Studio classes Please note that due to the current situation, we are unable to supply mats to you for class, so please bring your own mat.
If you have booked for Yin classes, you are welcome to use studio props, but please bring a large towel with you to be able to use them. After class and after using the props, please leave them in your individual booths so we can disinfect them and also remove and wash any bolster covers. Please only use props if you have brought your own towel to cover them with.
Class Etiquette Do take your spot in one of the spaces in the room and bring your belongings in with you. There will be a basket for you to put your belongings in.
Class Policy Do turn up early for your class. If you are not here at least 5 minutes before the start of your class, we have to prioritise the people on the waitlist or those that are here at reception and your space will be given to them. Your pass will not be refunded. Please turn up with enough time to enter the studio, change, and be prepared for your class for the class start time. Please note that arriving on time is your responsibility and we cannot be faulted for your personal extenuating circumstances.
Please note on occasion the door may be locked once class time has begun, namely for the early morning 7am class. If you are not on time you may run the risk of the door being locked. Please ensure to make your class you arrive early, in time for the start time of your class. Please understand that we are not responsible if you are late for your class start time.
If you know you are unable to make your class, email or text us as soon as you know at [email protected], so we can make room for others to attend the class.
If you know you are able to make your class but are simply running late, do contact us if you want us to hold the space for you.Please note that we try our best to ensure you get your class spot, but sometimes if you are running late and for early morning or late night classes where the door is locked, we cannot be responsible if you do not manage to attend on time.
Cancellation Policy for Classes We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for classes on the schedule, so if you know you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking early. After 12 hours, the booking is charged as though you have attended.
Cancellation Policy for Workshops We have a 7 day cancellation policy for workshops. If you are unable to attend, please cancel 7 days before your workshop is due to start. After the 7 day window, the booking is charged as though you have attended.
Cancellation Policy for Courses We have a 7 day cancellation policy for courses. If you are unable to attend, please cancel 7 days before your course is due to start. After the 7 day window, the booking is charged as though you have attended. Please ensure you can attend all course dates listed. We cannot swap out any course dates missed with other course dates or for classes on the schedule.
Cancellation Policy for Trika Retreats For Trika Retreats, we are unable to refund if you have made a booking for a place, unless stated otherwise in the retreat description. Please ensure that your personal arrangements are made that ensures you can attend before making your deposit / full payments.
Cancellation Policy for 1:1 Sessions or Massages For 1:1 private sessions and massages, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any bookings cancelled within the 24 hour window will be considered a late cancel and charged. Please get in touch before 24 hours of your appointment time if rescheduling.
Sales Policy Please note that all class passes are final sale and your responsibility to use within the given timeframe of each pass. We cannot be responsible for any unused classes on your pass after the timeframe has ended. If you have booked and cannot attend, we have a 12 hour cancellation window, after which your class will be recorded as if you attended if you did not Early Cancel your reservation. Do note that class passes that need extending due to Covid will be honoured - do email us to request this!

Trika Shop Information & FAQ
Return Policy Thanks for shopping with Trika! We provide exchanges within 30 days of delivery and returns within 21 days of delivery.
Returns Returns are accepted if items are brand-new, unworn and if shipped back to us within 21 days from the date of package delivery. Tags must be attached. Items purchased with discount codes or sales are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Exchanges If your item doesn’t fit or you want a different item, we are happy to provide an exchange within 30 days! Your items must be unworn with original tags attached.
Refunds As soon as we receive your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process an immediate refund on our end. A £3.00 fee for re-stocking will be deducted from the order refund, unless you choose store credit. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card.
Postage Postage costs are payable by you for returns for refunds.
International Returns & Exchanges Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. After the return arrives we will ship the exchange item free on orders of £150+, or for a cost of £12 for orders below £150. To expedite your exchange quickly, feel free to order your exchange items separately first and return your first order separately.
Order Cancelation We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed. We can change the sizes or prints of the items upon request, if available.

Our apparel is suitable for all, and tends to be in unisex styles! Sizing is standard XS, S, M, L, XL to what you would regularly wear in tees and sweatshirts in other brands. If you prefer your clothing loose fitting, always size up!
